60+ Connect & Thrive Program

The Aging with Grace & Connection Program by Care Focus Canada is a year-long initiative designed to support seniors (60+) in living healthier, more connected, and empowered lives.

Held weekly (Tuesdays 10am – 12noon), this program combines digital literacy, wellness education, social engagement, and community support to help seniors confidently navigate everyday life – both offline and in today’s digital world.

Participants will learn practical skills such as using mobile devices, accessing online services, staying safe online, and connecting with loved ones through digital platforms. Alongside this, the program offers engaging sessions on health, nutrition, fitness, storytelling, and social activities, fostering a strong sense of belonging and community.

As part of our commitment to reducing food insecurity, free food support is provided, with delivery available for eligible seniors and convenient pick-up options for those within a 5km radius.

This program is more than a training – it is a safe, welcoming space where seniors can learn, share, grow, and thrive together.
