Ageing With Grace (60+ FFDP)

 The 60+ Free Food Delivery Program (60+ FFDP) is a community-driven initiative by Care Focus Canada designed to combat food insecurity among seniors aged 60 and older. Through this program, we provide free, nutritious meals and groceries delivered directly to seniors’ homes, ensuring no elderly individual in our community goes hungry.

Many seniors face financial constraints, mobility challenges, and social isolation, making accessing fresh and healthy food difficult. The 60+ FFDP aims to bridge this gap by offering reliable, free food delivery, promoting better health and well-being for older adults

the Goal is to;

• Eliminate food insecurity among low-income and vulnerable seniors.
• Ensure accessibility by providing free home food delivery.
• Promote health and well-being through balanced and nutritious meals.
• Foster community engagement by offering wellness check-ins and support.

The 60+ FFDP is open to seniors who:

✅ Are 60 years or older. ✅ Experience food insecurity or financial hardship. ✅ Have limited mobility or difficulty accessing grocery stores. ✅ Live in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.

Care Focus Canada’s 60+ Free Food Delivery Program (60+ FFDP) provides free nutritious meals and groceries to seniors in need. If you or someone you know is 60 years or older and requires food assistance, you can REGISTER USING THE FORM BELOW or:
