DESCRIPTION:The Aging with Grace & Connection Program by Care Focus Canada is a year-long initiative designed to support seniors (60+) in living healthier\, more connected\, and empowered lives. \nHeld weekly (Tuesdays 10am – 12noon)\, this program combines digital literacy\, wellness education\, social engagement\, and community support to help seniors confidently navigate everyday life – both offline and in today’s digital world. \nParticipants will learn practical skills such as using mobile devices\, accessing online services\, staying safe online\, and connecting with loved ones through digital platforms.
